Lush Cosmetics Watford

Molly is simply a wonderful customer advisor. The first time we met her a few months ago she advised us so well and specifically for my daughter with additional needs. Never feel like I’m being sold to unnecessarily but she guides us based on what she hears us say. She’s so helpful and kind and we look out for her each time we shop, thanks Molly

Such great experience!! The staff is so knowledgeable its crazy. Special thanks to Aida who helped me to find the perfect perfume. Highly recommend a little tour through the perfumes... they are so unique and last days on your skin

Went into Lush recently to look for some nice new hair products to try. I was greeted by a smiling friendly staff member (she said her name was nic) who asked if I needed help and then kindly talked me through all the hair products. She recommended a hydrating bar and one of the sprays. I can’t wait to try them, the bar smells amazing! Very happy with the service and the store always looks great!

I wish more stores would offer this kind of customer service. From a cheery welcome greeting to actual help in choosing and suggesting products. Staff who are passionate and knowledgeable on everything that they sell is SUCH a refreshing change. There's no hard sell, everyone is genuinely helpful and spend time with you so you can understand all the benefits of the products. Keep up the great work!!!

I've been to lush for many years now but I've never met a staff member like Sophie! She's helped me in store twice the last few weeks in the lead up to Christmas and has been amazing! She's a treasure at that store and both times has made me feel like I'm her friend :) she gave an act of kindness today and I will 100% be passing that favour on. Don't have a single complaint about Watford lush ❤️

This is definitely 5 stars service! Samantha was so welcoming and helpful that I decided from now to always buy Lush skincare (also because of the amazing quality)

I visited the store with my boyfriend and she recommended us a few products.
I explained her that my skin has not been the same for a while and the moisturiser that I ended up buying managed to get my skin back to normal in one day (might be hard to believe).
My partner also liked his products and will continue to buy them.

I came back today to the store so I could let her know that the moisturiser worked and bought the a full size of another product after being able to try the sample.

I must say the whole team seems very open, friendly and ready to help. Looking forward to visit the store again!
