Went in looking for perfume with a vague idea of the kind of scent I wanted. Nicole was beyond helpful by offering testers and taking me through each product with such nuanced and thorough knowledge that I bought two lol. Cashier whose name I didn’t get was also very sweet.

Overall such a positive experience. Definitely recommend this branch, and Nicole is an absolute credit to both herself and the company.

We had a lush party for 7 & 8-year olds with Kasey. They did so much in 1.5h! Very good value for money, Kasey kept control of the party the entire time and knew exactly how to bring the children back on topic in a warm, fun and friendly manner. Everyone had a good time and we look forward to another one. Highly recommend for an alternative party.

Sae is an absolute credit to your shop. She was super helpful, and helped me find products I could use as I suffer with psoriasis. She really put my mind at ease 😌 Thank you so much Sae and the rest of the staff who where also very welcoming.

The customer service in this store is spot on 👌 ... I was greeted by Ythan who told me alot about the different products & gift ideas, very warm & friendly. I was then served by the manager who equally was as warm & informative as her colleague. I love shopping at Lush as a whole, but Canterbury store is definitely in my top 10 for customer service.

Riza gave excellent svs. I asked her to help my husband who needed some products to help his tired rough hands. She listened gave solutions and a demo. Bought a Christmas present left feeling we had really received great svs.

This review is on behalf of my 80 year old mother. She came in to lush alone last week looking for some gifts and mentioned how welcoming the shop is. She mentioned one particular young lady called Risa. She took her time going through the products and offered options without pressuring my mum. She also helped wrapping the bath bombs really nicely. Even though the shop was fairly busy she did not rush her at all. She is a gem!! Thank you again for assisting my mum, you really made her day!

Came into the Canterbury store on Saturday 10th, all the staff were really helpful and polite. Big shout and ty to Ethan in particular. He was super helpful and had great product knowledge. The shampoo bar he recommended to me is excellent
