i popped in yesterday to grab a conditioner for my partners hair and it was national bath bomb day so they were offering free bath bombs!! i unfortunately don't have a bath and the staff were absolutely unphased and gave me free samples of shower products which was beyond lovely of them to go above and beyond like that. they gave me detailed, personal, and super helpful advice regarding the conditioner and all staff working were so knowledgeable about the products!! they were so helpful, genuine, and not at all pushy - i felt so uplifted by the whole experience. i couldn't help but leave a review!! i wish i could mention names but i didn't remember to ask for any details!

It's always such a pleasant visit to our local LUSH! Without a doubt every time we go in, we come out with smiles on our faces, just from how friendly and helpful the staff have been. I'm always pretty clueless when I go, but the staff always have me leaving really confident and happy with the products they have helped me pick. Just seeing the excitement of the staff when they get to show you new products they've got in since you've last visited, really has such a nice vibe to it. I really struggle with anxiety but our local LUSH has something special about it. I think its genuinely down to the staff, they just have a way of making you feel so comfortable.

Lush is a great store with absolutely everything one needs 🥰 avocado wash perfume, angels on bare skin and the new wasabi shampoo our my favs 💯

I have just recently moved here to Cheltenham so It was such a lovely experience from lush for my first shopping trip here, Me and my boyfriend both wanted shampoo, we were helped by Callie and Acy who both gave us great advice and helped us with our purchases, I was also given a bath bomb so 11/10 lovely experience couldn’t recommend more :) 💜

Best customer service I have ever experienced in my life they make you feel like family and I love their ethics! I love that lush is not on social media what a powerful move in today's online society! Thank you guys so much! Love the Cheltenham lush will be back soon!!

I visited this store earlier in the week and couldn’t have had a better welcome! Lush is dog-friendly so my pup got lots of cuddles and attention, I found all the things I needed, and was given some free samples of new products to try! Highly recommend popping in for a look (although I can’t promise you won’t be leaving without making a purchase or five)
