Lewis and Hannah were very helpful and gave me a great customer service when I visited the store a couple of weeks ago. I needed a quick makeup for a Queer party and they did a great job in just 20 minutes before the store was closing. The makeup looked incredible and the party was a blast! Thanks to them both and to their manager!

I'm not a makeup person at all but with the premiere of my partner's documentary The Roll Out I knew I needed to up my game. I called and booked an appointment with the amazing Hannah who took such good care of me and my face. She expertly applied products to create the perfect look for the red carpet event and made me feel so at ease. She even found the time to explain what she was doing and why so that I could try and replicate her work myself. I would 100% recommend the products but also her amazing expertise...I felt like a goddess all evening, thank you so much

I been at the store in Covent garden last Friday and ne, my sister and her daughter been helped from Ruccardo, he was fantastic. He explain everything very well you can tell he is very professional and very gentle and funny. 100% recommended.

I don’t normally try new makeup products but the lovely staff at Kiko Milano James Street were so helpful in helping me grab some new makeup items. Two lovely girls called Stephanie and Aji really helped me with what products to buy regarding my skin tone. As a darker skinned black girl, it can be incredibly hard to know what makeup products suit you. Stephanie explained a full range of products that would suit me for a good half an hour with so much patience. Aji gave me a really great suggestion for a blush that I wouldn’t normally go for but is now my everyday go to blush. 10/10 service!

Today my phone was stolen there. They said they don't provide camera. TBH, I can't beleive that they don't have camera. They didn't have any emphaty when I was shocked that my phone was stolen.

The servers were not helpful, rude, pushy and talking about boba tea while 3 other tills were unoccupied. there were 5 people
in the line but one rude lady not helping at all and not
paying attention missed scanning a product because she was chatting the whole
time
no help offered

I came today to the shop at 1pm and it was closed.
The staff was inside
There were no signs or notes regarding why it was closed and when it will be reopen.
