Kim at Fosse Park is AMAZING! She’a not only the best at making your Eyebrows look perfect but she’s so knowledgeable on all the Benefit products, meaning I rarely leave empty handed after popping in for a brow wax and tint. I have been using Benefit beauty services for over 10 years and she is one of, if not the BEST I’ve met at the Benefit counter!

Fantastic service by Kim for brow tint and wax. Kim made me feel very comfortable and confident that I was in safe hands. She talked me through the process and ensured that I got the result I wanted. Very pleased with my brows and will definitely be returning.

My first brow wax & tint experience and had absolutely no idea what I was getting myself in for. Victoria was incredibly friendly, welcoming and made me feel just amazingly comfortable and that I was going to be in in such good hands. Completely changed my perception of waxing, and it was oddly the most therapeutic & relaxing Sunday afternoon I’ve had in such a long time. I will 100% be coming back to visit Victoria for as long as she’ll have me!! I had no idea my face was lacking such detail. Seriously, completely not ever been done before. Would highly recommend to anybody!!!!

Kim was lovely however I’m not really happy with my eyebrows because they’re so thin. After I grew them out so much, I’m just a bit disappointed that they’re thin. I personally would’ve appreciated if some hairs were left out so that they can grow to the shape I want over time, compared to a very clean/precise look. I did ask for some hairs to be left where needed but I don’t see any hair that I grew out :( sorry I don’t usually complain if I’m unhappy, I tend to just push through and stay quiet. But I’m just really upset about my eyebrows.

My first review is for Jamie today, at the Leicester fossepark boots store. Firstly I approached her as she had such a nice style. First impressions of Jamie was that she is so welcoming and friendly. I noticed right away how flawless her skin is and how well blended her makeup is. I asked about her skin routine and she took me through each product she uses and recommended products and routine to follow. She was so attentive and knowledgable. She tried numerous products and shades to ensure the best outcome was achieved. I had firstly the pore light primer applied, then the air stick foundation along with application of the cakeless concealer. Jamie introduced me to the whole range however these products were my favourite once applied. Jamie matched the products to my skin colouring and texture so well. Jamie also explained the ingredients in the products and their nourishing factors including beautiful lavender scents. I was really impressed with not only her knowledge and professionalism but also her overall energy. She made me so comfortable. I really enjoyed speaking with her and the overall experience at benefit. She is a brilliant representative of the brand and she was just a joy to meet. Jamie then introduced me to her colleague Zoe in which I will leave another review for separately. Thank you so much Jamie for all your time and expertise. Very much appreciated.

My second review is for Zoe at Leicester fossepark boots store. Zoe was recommended to me by her colleague Jamie and described as absolutely brilliant. Jamie was not wrong. Zoe was so welcoming and friendly. The first thing I noticed was how impeccable Zoe’s eyebrows were. She has these beautifully laminated eyebrows and has made them look very natural. Her makeup was also applied so naturally and lovely. I knew I was in good hands. Zoe was a very good listener and enquired about my eyebrow routine and the look I wished to achieve. She started with mapping my eyebrows and went through the step by step process of the importance of this and the options I had to achieve different looks. Zoe walked me through each product, how to apply the product and its ingredients. She advised on the products nourishing factors and how they strengthen the hair. The products she introduced were the fluff eye brow gel and precisely my brow pencil. I am so pleased with my eyebrows and I feel confident in applying the products. It was a pleasure meeting Zoe and understanding all the services available also. Zoe is also an asset to the team and did a fabulous job today. Thank you so much for your time and the lovely experience.
