I am a mature lady that has a short hair cut i have now been going for over 12 months to Dylans they are always welcoming they listen to what I want and deliver a great hair cut much higher standard then ladies hair dressers I used to go to and fantastic value for money thank you

Excellent service. Flu jabs for wife and me. The Pharmacist was very friendly and helpful and offered advice on our toddlers rash on hands.

Opticians appointment. Well organised in this time of pandemic. Helpful staff. New glasses were ready and fitted in around two weeks from original eye test.

Waiting times to get in and get prescription can be really lengthy, so don't go when you are in a rush. Most of the staff are kind and curtious. Not sure why they still have the cap on 2 customers inside the store at one time though, feel bad when a poor oap has to wait out in the rain

I have had a lot of medication this week it been ready every time really good service thank you 😊

The only reason I've rated low is this boots is always a nightmare with long queues and long wait times and most people before you are there too soon to pick up medication that's not ready yet so get sent away again making genuine customers wait even longer than they should. Maybe they should text people when meds ready so it avoids this.

Unfriendly staff, not very helpful or interested in providing advice, just want to get you out the shop as quickly as possible.
