Lush Cosmetics Ipswich

Today I came in store to get some of the new Easter products. A lady with copper hair was really helpful pointing out where all the products were.
I was then served at the till by sally. She was really helpful and we then got chatting about other products and she talked me through all the different deodorants and also got me a few samples to try. Both were really kind and helpful, but I have to say sally really went the extra mile and gave a wonderful service. It was a lovely experience and all the staff were lovely! I love visiting lush any day, but this was truly a wonderful experience, the team should be very proud of the service they gave

Natalie is the nicest staff member in lush Ipswich. She helped me pick the most amazing lush stuff very helpful. Knows about all the products. Very nice lady x

Had my daughter's 8th birthday party here. Chloe and Alex made it so fun, engaging and interactive. The kids loved it and talked about it for days. They all left with samples and the bath bomb that they made themselves. Excellent value for money and a completely unique party experience.

My children attended the Halloween party at the Ipswich store and they had a great time making the pumpkin bath bomb. The staff were brilliant with the children and would recommend it to anyone.

My daughter had her 7th birthday party here yesterday and the whole experience was amazing. Natalie and Alex were wonderful party hosts and so brilliant with the kids. The party was filled with laughter and excitement from start and to finish and both kids and parents have been raving about it since. Lovely goodie bags for all to take home too. Would definitely recommend ☺️

Backy Nat and Jordan were very helpful with recommending products and they were all chatty and welcoming which encourages me to go back 100% recommended :)
