Everything you would expect from a county council department but with helpful and friendly staff

Car park permit has change and it horrible how much it change, live by the sea and it hard to park down there as it is! I pay £350 for a year parking that tbh is not bad at all BUT they change it to ringgo and it now coat £650.20p for a year!!! Horrific different how do you think people can pay for a year permit why change it?! Dose the council do anything anymore?! Don't want to even give one star

Van drivers don't indicate and some of your Van's are dirty you cant read reg plate and your flats need money spending on them instead of in manager's pocket as I have damp and no one will sort it and need new shower room include shower head and unit

Absolutely the worst run council,bins never emptied grab all that council tax and do nothing,the computer says no brigade

Worst ever, ignored my needs for over a year, employees tampered with my motorcycle, housing manager made a joke of everything I complained about, nobody responded when I formally gave notice to vacate, nobody to hand keys to, absolute joke of a council, the wellbeing of thier tenants is NOT a priority. Utterly corrupt.

1 star is to much for this miserable place

A law unto themselves and accountable to nobody but themselves. Not even councillors can exert any influence or control over this corrupt council.
