Very rude front desk and not helpful.

Thx for your reply, but it seems that you did not even care what I am complaining and only assumed that it is because I forgot my membership card. So again, it is unprofessional customer service. You need to ask why I am complaining instead of guessing.

The reason I am complaining: I have paid for the replacement cards for myself and my child, then your staff only gave me my replacement card, and said they could not give me my child replacement card as my child's membership was inactive . I explained that we joined the club together, and my child had class every week for 3 months and we paid for the fees every month so my child must be a member. Finally, we waited for more than 20 mins to get the replacement card.

Again, we did not have the helpful customer service during the whole process, and the customer service did not even say sorry after we waited for 20min and late for our class.

Vince who takes the Boxing classes is brilliant. A fabulous teacher who makes the classes feel dynamic & professional. I can’t rate him highly enough 🥊

The Exeter G&C Club security staff have been very helpful to me after a very minor incident on their location.
In addition the massage treatment of Wear Park Spa is most relaxing their food and staff are delightful. Highly recommend.

Great place for a tasty meal, good choices, great views.
But I was very surprised that there was nowhere to charge an EV, most similar establishments have two or more chargers.

Had afternoon tea was lovely & very nice staff definitely will return in the future

Only came here for lunch and a swim as a guest of a friend. Absolutely loved it.
Lunch on the terrace was brilliant and the swim in the pool, on such a hot day, was amazing.
Not too many people and loads of available sun loungers.
Very enjoyable and relaxing afternoon.

Thank you to Harriet, Grace and all the staff who made my 60th Birthday party run so smoothly. The food was lovely, everyone has said how much they enjoyed it and the staff were efficient and friendly too.
