Management decided to ignore our complaint so we have been forced with no other option other than to leave a review. We stayed on the 23rd of october. Our room firstly didnt have a phone. This made us think if there was a emergency how would they contact our room? Not only that though but we had to keep going to the main desk for room service putting ourselves at risk of covid. Secondly the wifi wasnt working so most of the night I had to spend hanging out of the window to get phone signal. Thirdly on the way out they tried charging us £40 that we had already paid being disabled I usually dont have the bottle to question things but as it was my birthday money I had to. And finally the breakfast was missing 3 items this whole stay fell completely short of expectations and have given management enough time to respond to my complaint but they chose not to. Such a shame as it is a beautiful building and have stayed there a few times but after this experience and after them not answering my complaint emails I have been left with no other option than to leave this review. Would rate the experience a 3 out of 10 and left feeling so deflated that we checked out early and didnt use the spa or swimming as we was just too deflated. Very disappointed :(

I took my girlfriend here for our 1 year anniversary in 11 June 2022 and needless to say that they pulled out every stop so helpful and kind from the min we arrived and somehow kept it secret from my gf until she got to the table and saw the effort they went to
Decked out in confetti 🎉 and staff are amazing and even put happy anniversary in chocolate sauce for our dessert!! If your looking for a romantic evening this is the place! Nicola on the front desk is so helpful and kind and the waiting staff are next level’ make sure you go and have a brilliant evening and even try the spa n leisure facilities!! Will definitely be going back very soon

The Rooms need updating

Bought a Buy-a-gift voucher to enable Spa access, and 2 treatments. Went to book however they stated they were refurbishing, so we should call back in the summmer. We called back in the summer and they were still refurbishing (try Autumn). When they eventually finished their refurb, they had taken themselves off the voucher scheme, and we were left with a buy a gift voucher that we couldn't use, without travelling over an hour to the nearest spa.

Very unprofessional.

Popped in for a cup of tea with a friend after a swim. Was over the moon when our server Asiz went the extra mile for us. Customer service was amazing ☺️

Yeah, very nice place... Getting married there in 2022 so I'll get back to you guys.
