Parkway Hotel & Spa

Superb Hotel and loved our stay.

The Parkway was warm and inviting and had a lovely decor and ambience from the rooms, lounges,bars, spa and garden.

The staff were friendly and welcoming and the room was very comfortable and we slept well.

In easy reach of Cardiff and will definitely stay here again.

If we could rate this place higher than 5, we would. Me and my partner stayed here and received absolutely perfect service and manners from all members of staff. A few to mention in particular, Ellis, Andrew, and also Ben and Maddie. The managers are leading an excellent team of staff that shine for the venue and we’ll definitely be retuning soon just because of how they made us feel. We had car troubles on the way and Ellis was very helpful with booking our room for an extra night last minute so we had enough time to arrange transport home. The hotel grounds are gorgeous and lovely to walk around in the evening or sit on the many seating areas with a drink from the bar. Spa and gym facilities clean and more than fit for purpose. Can’t wait for our next visit, exemplary standards for how to run a hotel.

I stayed here for 1 night and for a 4* hotel you would think they would all have a uniform to wear, the girls wore black leggings with a white shirt tucked into the legging. ( WOW REALLY ) our room was tidy and the bed and bedding was amazing, but not noticing at first but hanging cobwebs in 3 corners and in bathroom and mirror on wall hanging off to the point you can see the wall plugs coming out and why stick the toilet roll holder at the back of the on the wall where you got to literally twist right around to the point your hurting just to get loo roll,when they could of easily put it to the right of you on the basin surrounding and I don't get the kettle. The plug for kettle is literally on the floor,so you got to boil the on the floor.

Probably the best place we've stayed. Definitely be back again.
All staff were friendly and polite and helpful. Rooms were clean and tidy. Food was exceptional and the breakfast had a wide range for all needs. The whole experience was out of this world.

Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Nothing seemed to be too much! First time staying (second attempt) after having to cancel on the morning we were supposed to arrive a couple weeks back, they were more than happy to help rearrange our stay and our spa day. Massage was awesome and spa staff happy to help. Facilities are lovely (though maybe a little maintenance needed) but nothing to complain about. Food was delicious, the evening meal and breakfast were both relaxing. Will definitely be back and recommend.

First visit for afternoon tea. Nice decor with very efficient and attentive servers. Quality and presentation of food was excellent. Only slight criticism is ratio of sandwiches to cakes for me is disproportionate with 4 finger sandwiches but 6 cakes. An option to substitute 2 cakes for 2 extra sandwiches would have made it perfect for me but still a very enjoyable visit.

Beautiful place.. the staff are very helpful and friendly. The prices are a bit much but you can see the quality in what you're paying for..... Best hot chocolate I've ever had 😍

Great hotel with amazing jacuzzi and good pool along with steam and sauna facilities. Had no chance to use the restaurant hence cant comment on that. Overall a very comfortable stay. Little interior from location point of view but surroundings of hotel are amazing.
