What a beautiful Country Park just a 30 minute walk from the town centre. Within the park there are short and longer, well marked routes to choose from. Varied and interesting wild life to observe and appreciate . Why not finish your visit by enjoying some refreshments in the nice, friendly cafe. Melton folk are so lucky to have this park on their doorstep

Big park with lots of open spaces. Perfect for chilling out or a picnic. Great place for walking and exercise and for the dog 🐕. There's a nice lake too. At the northern end there's an excellent cafe with a good selection of homemade food and good coffee, it has plenty of outside seating and a children's playground.

Lovely country park, lots of ducks and swans, but also spotted a grey heron and coots. Nice for a walk and really quiet and unspoilt.

A short visit to the park, has a carpark with ample spaces. Designated Disabled visitors parking spaces. A cafe with refreshments and small gift shop. Attached to which is a small playground. Ample of green space and natural features, unfortunately didn't have time to explore. Definitely worth another visit.

Beautiful park for dog walkers. Snaking pathways through trees or straight forward walking on normal paths...it doesnt matter..all paths lead around a big area of field, laked, forest and a cafe. Just pop dog on lead near far lake so as not to upset swans and geese. There are lots of birds...i watched the heron gliding across the lake at twilight yesterday and saw a low flying owl over the top fields beyond the upper path. If you need a friendly hello...everyone is very lovely, especially dog walkers. Take your wellies, chuck a ball, buy a coffee and enjoy the outdoors.

Excellent park with something for everyone, lots of walks which have numerous benches and rubbish bins. There are facilities for children to play on, dog training equipment running track and outside gym equipement

Surprisingly brilliant place! Situated at the end of a housing estate we thought we'd gone the wrong way! Two nice little parks - one next to the cafe and one in the forest. Plenty of benches and a nice little walk! Kept really natural. Paths are pram friendly.
