Family day out.

Easy to find, ample parking.
Really warm welcome at the spacious bright disability friendly reception area.

The carnival was the theme on our visit.
Shows, circus tricks for the little ones to try/join in.

Booking activities allow for guaranteed access without having to stand in long queues.

The truck ride had beautiful views of the surrounding areas, the host was friendly and informative. Note : it is a little bumpy, but for me well worth the views.

The staff were friendly, helpful, busy making sure the day was pleasurable.

All areas were cleaned and maintained.

Facilities available include, food, drinks, hand cleansing station for use after petting the animals, hand sanitizer was also randomly available.

Fantastic place, plenty indoor and outdoor fun for all the family! The entertainment manager who performed the magic show was brilliant! It is spotlessly clean and the animals look happy and well cared for, the food was excellent too. My two sons, aged 10 and 4 both loved it! Will be sure to recommend and return.

Went for the fireworks evening.
The display was fantastic and that was clearly the priority. We all had a great evening and my son enjoyed the entertainment that was on before the display. The food was a little pricey and crowd management could have been better or would have given 5 stars.

Magical brilliant day,we all absolutely loved it and that Nanny,2 mums and 2 grand children,wrap up warm though, we shall definitely be returning, also the play gym does a lovely menu and all staff and elf's were super friendly,well worth a visit 👍😁🎅🎄

What an amazing day of fun activities and slime! Cannot recommend this place enough, the staff and facilities were amazing.
My son's 1st nursery took us here 4 years ago. So thought it will bring back memories and trust me if definitely did.
The farm safari is our all time favourite and the host was tooo sweet and funny made our ride fun with lots of laughter as well as some educational information.
The caterpillar ride for my kids was also amazing my 2 year old absolutely loved it.
The two inflatable bouncing area was something new and so fun for the kids to jump on them and have fun.
My son absolutely loved and adored his pony ride which was brilliant.
But the show of the day I have to say was the slime show and the science show. Also making the slime was also an experience for my son's. Lots of fun and laughter for all age groups elders, youngsters as well as toddlers.
Finally my kids loved feeding the animals so would definitely recommend buying the animal food so kids can experience feeding the animals.
100% will return and advise any parent to join in the fun.
Also recommend trying their camping sights farm experience.

Had an amazing day yesterday on the Christmas adventure, my granddaughter Charley absolutely loved it, the staff were amazing, especially our elf Buddy, well done Nicole, you made Charley’s day.

Had a great day on the Christmas Adventure! Buddy the elf (Natasha) was absolutely brilliant.
We enjoyed all the activities that the children took part in and the choice of presents from Santa were great.
3rd time visiting and we'll definitely be back next year. Hopefully so will the Reindeer safari as that was out favourite part previously!
