Brook Country Park

Lovely outdoor space. Good for dog walkers or a run around with kids and picnic. Nice and clean, and always seems to be very quiet

Good walk for dog, but spoilt by other owners keeping dogs off lead and not picking up poo

Now this utterly brilliant , if ever a dog needs relaxing then go to this country park.

Free parking was the first bonus. No wonderful views but plenty of interesting plants, shrubs and trees. We even found a rope swing and couldn’t resist. We did the whole perimeter slowly, it takes 40 minutes max. Only one bin for dog poo and that was at the end and probably the only drawback

Great place to take a walk with some picnic tables. Sadly there is a minority that don't pick up after themselves this includes general waste from takeaways and dog poo 😕. Couple of bins have been set fire to n seating vandalised....such a shame as the council have made huge efforts to keep it beautifully maintained and put plenty of bins for rubbish n dog waste.
The council have done a great job keeping this area well maintained and voluntary litter pickers are constantly cleaning up this area ...such a shame we don't all use the bins provided for dog waste n rubbish.

Great park, lovely cut walking areas, shame a lot of people don't pick up their dogs poo !! Nice that most dogs are on leads and not left to run around and keep running up to other dog walkers...... Something I hate as not all dogs like other dogs smelling or coming to close to them.

Brook park is a beautiful oasis excellent for dog walking which is sadly being spoilt by the horrendous amount of people who seem un able to pick up there dog poo it's ridiculous the amount of it not only grossly unpleasant but dangerous for any children playing there surely if you have a dog you should be responsible enough to pick up your dogs poo and put it in the provided bins

A nice place to stroll with dogs I took my little grandson on his little balance bike and my dog sadly selfish dog owners who don't pick up their dogs bombs spoilt it for us ..he wheeled in several and his tyres were caked in it ..I'd like to roll the selfish owners who do this in it just to let them know what it's like ..there are sooo many bins so there is no excuse shame on you all
