Just got back. Not the best of country parks in the area. You have to drive past it and turn back another 2 miles if your coming from Medway! No toilets and nowhere for coffee. Unsure if this is due to new year's Day. A good solid trail / path albeit on the short side. The remains of the castle were pretty cool though although the heel to the vantage point must be impossible to climb if wet. A good couple of hours spent here nevertheless.

Plenty of parking. Lots of picnic venches. Beautiful walk around the grounds and onto the North Downs. With plenty of footpaths.

Great place to walk take the kids and walk the dog. There are woodland walks and open spaces. Ample car parking .. charges Monday to Friday £1 .. £1.50 at weekends .. there is also a gateway to the North Downs Way footpath. Beautiful scenery from the top,can see for miles on a clear day.

Parking for the day was just over £1 for the day. A short walk, maybe 1 mile, unless you incorporate the field which may add a little. With good views from hilltop and a few remnants of a historic castle that are on a steep incline. A bit short for our dog as a walk off-lead though

Nice spot, with stunning views, but difficult to access by car, as only route in is via southbound A249.

Lovely dog walking place. The more I explored the more I found. Past the cafe and into the woods you come to another area with a lake. I stop here en route from NE to SE.

Not a massive area for walking available unfortunately. However car park was very big - although cost £1.90 (with fees for mobile app parking).
