Very rare to find somewhere this beautiful and unspoiled joins onto the back of Jesskins but some of the trees in this wood are stunning. Plus there's an ancient burial ground Great place to take a dog quite well. Fenced along the road if you like trees, this is a must six stars

Great place if you fancy a walk in nature without hustle of alot of people. Never seen so many blue bells in ine place. Loads of friendly people walking there dogs. Car park is small but worth the wait to have a look around.

Really lovely, bit more hidden so not very busy at all. Perfect for dog walking. And can find a different route every time you visit.

Labrador heaven! Well marked circular paths under mature deciduous trees. Bonus feature includes a linked access walk through to Jeskyns where there is a dog-friendly swimming pond & an excellent cafe that serves coffees, that are most welcome while the dog dries of a bit;

Great place for taking a walk, popular with dog walkers.
As this is managed location all the paths are well kept, with plenty of signage providing routes, additional information on ongoing work and historical information.
Will definitely be visiting again.

Fantastic woodland with some spectacular mature trees. Great place to go birdwatching. Well defined paths which you can follow without getting lost. Car park can get busy though at certain times.

Lovely woods to have a walk round, does get very muddy though so wellies or walking boots are a must. The car park is very small so often full. You can walk through to Jeskins Park
