Car park surface is basic, but the location is great for walks, with or without dogs. Plenty of paths through woods and across fields. Our dogs always enjoy a dip in the duck pond on the way back to the car.

One note of caution - vehicles tend to speed along Folder's Lane so TAKE CARE as you exit the car park.

I love this place, easy to walk to from Burgess Hill and is great for visiting with children. For those favouring a longer walk it is a gateway to the South Downs, I particularly enjoy walking to Plumpton and Ditchling. I'm conscious this is technically a review for a car park so I should probably mention that the surface is uneven and often busy but it's the county so expected - It certainly isn't wheelchair friendly.

Lovely place for a dog walk but watch out for the grazing cows!

Wonderful place for walking with lots of open spaces, wooded places and ponds

Stunning place, great for walking dogs and exploring nature. Car park always seems to have spaces, well worth the short drive from Brighton.

Dog people: keep dogs with high prey drive on lead when baby birds around. We saw goslings, ducklings and many others pottering about with their parents. Luckily our dogs aren’t interested in chasing etc but just like to look 🙂

This place is stunning and so tranquil despite the road noise. Dog poo bins need desperately emptying.
