In my opinion, you rate the company unfairly because all and exactly all the staff tries to provide high quality services, but it should be taken into account that we are not able to control random incidents such as weather or delayed deliveries to the company and then to the customer. Everyone will only judge bad and no one will give a good opinion. The DX company tries to make delivery possible on time and within the prescribed period. Unfortunately, even the best companies have small mistakes. Despite all my efforts, I know the situation with the driver trying to deliver the package and the customer is not at home because on holiday and then: anger and remorse like, why I do not have a shipment. You really should not judge the company after one small mistake. I wish that every customer would be satisfied. 😁

Paid for overnight delivery. Should have arrived monday. It's now thursday. Multiple phone calls and them stating they promise it will arrive the next day. They even stated a failed delivery yesterday, my birthday and we stayed in all day for them. So lies too. Finally today we found out the parcel is less than 2 miles from our house, so my husband collected his parcel from sowton to find his parcel in the Bristol side of the depot, hence why is wasnt delivered. He has now returned to the depot as a parcel was missing from his pallet after talking to the seller. After all that they state they havent got the other parcel. We spent all weekend preparing our new pond and garden for this filter etc on monday and arranged for someone to fit it. This has caused multiple issues and stress. Still waiting to hear if we get our delivery fee back.

I don't understand how it can be legal for a company to operate this poorly. Expecting essential and time sensitive documents. They continue to be delayed. Tracking says delivery attempted, however this is a lie as we were waiting by the front door for the entire day. 2nd day in a row this has happened. No way to contact customer service.

Waited in 2 consecutive days and today rec’d email saying left a card, DX didn’t, because they couldn’t deliver BUT we put a DX sign in the window AND we are in all day, no ‘phone call either to check location. Wickes should use someone else, except Hermes who are as bad in this part of Devon!

Joke. Just stay away from any company that uses these clowns to deliver. DX are the worst courier I've ever dealt with

DX Express (Secure)...Package delivered to me in error as intended for another address around the corner from me (same house number, wrong name, wrong road, and post code! Seriously!). Made the effort to call them (google search no geographic number for Depot), stuck in a call cue for 5 mins, I eventually got someone who took my details, and I thought great good deed for the day done, should'a known better! Got told this was reception and got palmed off to another agent who sounded like they were not in UK, almost certainly Asia or far east Asia She was very polite and thanked me for going to the trouble (not a problem as long as they have a good understanding of English, have a stable phone line and they're not hearing impaired), had to give my post code for recollection 5 or 6 times in spite of using NATO frenetic alphabet. Never heard of DX express b4 hope I never hear from them ever again!! can see why they have so many 1star revues, if they had any less, they would be "beyond the event horizon" Do yourselves a favour and avoid them and sellers who are foolish enough to use them, and I though Hermes and Yodel were the bottom of the barrel!

1 star is to much to be honest....paid extra for a sat delivery and nothing came.....who even knows where my parcel went!! Had to get a refund from main company and start again! Not using this delivery service......

avoid companies that use this delivery service. im sure they try their best etc etc but on average they are the worst courier company i have ever come across. My last three parcels were; first-smashed to bits, second not delivered, third delivered wrong day. They are a million miles behind their competitors with their customer tracking system and their phone support is awful.
