Carly and Adam were fantastic! I went in last minute when panicking trying to design and print an A1 table plan for my wedding.
Carly spent ages helping with the design and the finished product was brilliant, admired by our guests and is now hanging on our wall!
Both Carly and Adam work really hard and go out of their way to ensure a positive experience for their customers.

Carly was helpful, kind, and so cheerful I left the shop with an abundance of optimism haha. On the professional side she helped me decide the best way to print what I needed and I am very very happy with the result. Her and her colleague, who's name I didn't catch, both clearly know what they're talking about and their prices are really reasonable. I believe I just found my go-to printers in St Albans!

Adam & Claire operate a First Class business, Adam (Qualified Graphic Designer) knows his stuff, and gave us a great price on printing 100+ Wedding Service 4 colour Leaflets which I had designed. He printed and folded the Wedding Service leaflet himself, using 280gsm coated stock & did a thoroughly superb job. I would not hesitate to use his services again. 100% Recommended!

We received amazing customer service this morning from Carly and Adam at MBE. We wanted to order an A1 print for my son's GCSE art exam & they were both so friendly and helpful. They were not only brilliant with the order itself, but also shared their own art experience to help my son consider what kind of paper to use and they were also willing to help us order a file/folio to bring the print home in. The best customer service I've had in a long time - thank you both so much. I would definitely recommend MBE to anyone.

I sent a package using the (fully insured) shipping service via DHL.
Both the MBE St Albans staff members were very helpful and wrapped the item concerned.
The item got to its (foreign) destination in a pristine condition. Thank you :)

After an issue at the post office in town, who refused to take my pre-paid parcels and were unable to offer any kind of solution I visited Mail Boxes Etc. in St. Albans to help. They were more than accommodating and I was able to drop my parcels off with them and Royal Mail were able to come and collect the parcels from the store successfully. I spent only one pound at this store and they were considerate to my individual needs. If you live in St. Albans I would highly recommend visiting this store for all your postage needs instead of queuing up like a lemming at the post office - they offer the works as well as a tailored experience - much better than the button pushers at the post office with all their restrictions. This kind of service is what makes you a customer for life. Thanks so much!

I have contacted "Joe" (tall guy) several times regarding my key to the locker and I've been told that he will contact me once they have the key.
2 weeks later, after I came into the shop, asking for the key, I've been told the "boss" is doing some changes and I'll get my key asap.
He said he'll contact me, as he has my phone number and email address, he said: DEFINITELY!
Now it has been 3 or more weeks and, you guess it, nothing, no call or anything from them, not even I've called in last week to ask for him, but he'll call me right back.........
What you get there is good, but the people who work there, aren't in the mood to work.
When I was setting everything up, the same guy " tall Joe" was seemingly annoyed by me asking questions to get the best andor most out of my money for what I obviously pay for.
Can I recommend the business, yes I can, but it needs new employees, believe me, I run a business myself, those would have been gone long time.
