Has a "Post Office" sign outside, but actually takes a 80% commission!
Just got charged GBP4.60 to send a card internationally. Asked if it was really GBP4.60 for standard airmail and was assured it was...but realized afterwards that I paid GBP2.55 to send the exact same size card at the Post Office. My bad for getting duped (lesson learned!) but would like to alert others.

Send my parcel by FedEx from this MAil box etc shop. It was awful. I spent £70 for 200g £100 valued medical tea powder and no one informed me that I shouldn’t post this item. Now my parcel can’t either returning or to be delivered to my friend. I have called three times and wrote two times emails. No response. No recommended for this shop.

A safe and easy place to receive delivery when out working and no body at home , it save you having to waste a day waiting for delivery

I really appreciate the way they treat their business. I was firstly told by a staff member that the return services would only be charged by printing the label with 1 pound. After the label was printed out (1 page), another staff memeber took over my parcel and told me to pay for 4 pounds for which I was shocked by their inconsistent explanation, stating that the price is always 4 pounds because of printing under 5 pages. Only deceaved can I feel at this moment. This would be the last time that I am one of their clients, they might even do not care about losing one or two clients and it would do no harm to their business to be honest. But I want to tell you an advice, if you are in need of sending or dropping off services, and when you look up on your phone trying to search which store should I go for convenience, do not go to this one.

I ve encountered the worst service ever in this shop. The staff Olivia refused to help with a missing parcel with a utterly appalling attitude. She even said something like “it is mad and ridiculous to pay such a cheap price to Royal Mail to post to to China” . If it is a mad service, why they offer this service in the first place at all ? Why they didn’t advise me to not use Royal Mail when I paid for it ?

Today I paid triple the price for a Royal Mail tracked service. When I questioned if that's the cheapest service, instead of explaining they charge 300% markup on Royal mail service, they just mentioned the Signed for service is not tracked. When I asked for a refund, they simply said they don't do refunds, and it's "the management" who sets up pricing. Will not return here and will advise anyone to get Royal Mail services directly from the Post Office shop just down the road.

I have always used Mail Boxes Etc. services and they have usually been good. Today an employee provided false information on shipping costs, forcing me to pay almost 20 quid for what should have been at least half that. When she was challenged on this, she simply said these are the prices and tough luck. I used the exact same service at the same Mail Boxes location last week and paid 3 quid. She then would not give my packages back after I decided to ship them from Royal Mail post office. Ridiculous. Won't be going back.
