Delivered to the wrong address (not even the same postcode). No delivery notification, so I didn't even know until over a week later. Not possible to contact them at the weekend. You need to sort out your map-reading and customer service.

Edit to respond to P&Ps reply - unable to contact you at a sensible time, I contacted the company sending the goods (in any case my contract was with them) and got a refund for the goods. Not much point following this up, but I thought you and other customers should be aware that these limitations can cause problems.

This is an awesome delivery company. Brilliant customer service. I wish they could do all Amazon deliveries in Oxford, that would massively improve air quality and get lots of traffic off the road! Their deliveries for the Hospital are very reliable 👍👍

Always happy when it’s Pedal & Post delivering something to my house. Riders are always friendly and a lovely sight to see around town (give them a little wave and a friendly smile!) A truly future forward last mile delivery company that don’t pollute or congest, and great advocates for cycling in Oxford and tackling climate change.

We have had several deliveries from Pedal and Post to our home. Perfect service and zero carbon and zero emissions. Wish all outer deliveries could be like that. It has to be the future and Pedal and Post are leading the way.

It's always great to receive a parcel via Pedal & Post. Fantastic fast and reliable service, and the riders greet everyone everyone they pass with a cheery wave!

If I could choose who did the last leg of delivery when I order things online it would be Pedal and Post every time. As it is, when my orders arrive with this form they are always efficient, charming and courteous.

Really lovely and environmentally friendly delivery service. They even offered to deliver some charity donations for us for free!
