This used to be a nice place with friendly staff, but on the last 2 occasions I visited, the new guy working there has a real attitude problem, hardly utters a word, really rude customer service actually. It’s a disgrace to treat customers this way when the customer is nothing but polite to you.

One of the worst customer services in the area and they scam you. The guy at the till - while being on a call for most of our interaction - made me send him the barcode I had for returning a package, then printed it off, he then scanned (!) the printout - and subsequently charged me for printing out. When I questioned why I'd need to pay for something he chose to do, he got incredibly rude and made me pay for the printout - and then tried to blame me for printing it.

Terrible. Only open 9-5 weekdays. Opening hours on website out of date. Not open on Sundays and not open today because of Eid with no advanced warning or notice on the website so a totally wasted trip. Useless.

This used to be my go-to for mail services but I have now, unfortunately, been scammed multiple times by them and won't be returning. One example was when I had asked whether they ship Hermes parcels, to which they told me that they do and that I just needed to forward over the email with the barcode etc.. I forwarded the email as requested, and he subsequently printed off the barcode and stuck it to the front of the parcel. I asked how this was now going to be shipped (with just a barcode stuck on it) and they told me that I needed to take it to a Hermes drop off point(?!) and charged me for the printing! I had a few other things I needed to send urgently so rolled my eyes and paid. Today, I tried to send a parcel with UPS, next day delivery. After weighing and measuring the parcel they quoted £42 for sending it... I said that this was strange as UPS online had quoted around £7 for a parcel of this weight and dimensions, to which I was told that the £42 option was the only one they could do... In the end I organised the shipping label myself from UPS online for only £7.

They changed owners/management earlier this year 2022, and service went from A* to ZERO. They are inept, rude, keep poor records, lose things, inefficient, dont answer the phone, and are a danger to use if you expect any kind of consistency, or security. Whats worse is HQ (they are a franchise) charges a fortune for your annual subscription and doesn't want to know anything about service failures. LOOK ELSEWHERE.

Great service and very convenient. I can't recommend them enough they have always gone above and beyond to help me with printing and related needs. I visit the shop at least once a week!

The place opened 10 min later than opening hours said and the phone wasn’t answering, 3 customers left. When I came back there was 1 person in front of me. I asked to print b/w, but it still came out in colour. 1 email to print took me literally half an hour.
The other time I was coming, someone was on a lunch break, which is fine, as long as it would be listed on opening hours (and it is not). I wouldn’t recommend the place and probably won’t be coming back until there are better reviews.

Very rude service. I called earlier today asking in case they received a package for me to go and collect and the person hang up on me saying they are very busy.
