Mail Boxes Etc. Paddington

I have been using Mail Box ETC for years, but the best experience I had is in the Paddington Store. The staff is always very professional, cordial and helpful, specially Jamie, he always goes an extra mile.

Told me to pay £10 despite me letting him know that my parcel was pre-paid.

This seems to be a regular thing at this store.

Instead I walked down the road to Supreme dry cleaners and they took it for free (as it should be)

Scammers.

My wife and I were visiting our daughter in England and three of our four pieces of luggage were "misplaced" by KLM Airlines/Manchester Airport. We were told initially that we would have our luggage delivered in 48 hours. Six days later, we were still without our luggage and getting the runaround from the incompetents both at KLM and Manchester Airport. KLM said we could have our luggage dropped off at the nearest Post Office which was completely untrue (the post office employee was aghast that it was even suggested). Angry and frustrated, we walked past the Mail Boxes Etc. in Paddington, London and I stopped in to see if they could help us. We were met by one of their employees, Hakim, who truly understands the meaning of "customer service." Hakim was very kind and helpful and explained that we could have the luggage delivered there once it was eventually found. We were staying at an AirBnB so if we had used that address, one of us would have had to stay at the flat and miss the daily activities planned on the off chance the luggage was finally delivered on that day. Because of Hakim and Mail Boxes, Etc., we were able to do all the things we had planned to do in our visit to London and on Day 8, when our luggage was FINALLY delivered, we were able to run over before dinner, get it, and bring it back to the flat. No one had to miss out on any of the wonderful things we did in London. THANK YOU HAKIM and MAIL BOXES, ETC. - PADDINGTON!

Most expensive place to send packages! I was charged 14.99 each parcel to send a guarenteed next day package within the UK! Should have gone over the road to the Post Office.

Also, the woman told me 14.99 for all, which I assumed was 14.99 for both parcels. No, it was 14.99 each. When I queried the cost, she told me she confirmed at the time that it was 14.99 per parcel, Not true. I should have recorded the conversation.

They charge for a FedEx dropoff. It is free everywhere else!!! I don't think Fedex is aware of that.

came the other day for my baby's passport photos. the lady works there wearing glasses was very unpleasant straight from the get go. Took photos of my baby for the passport, told me they will be fine when they looked awful. Uploaded to the website and was disapproved straight away. Went back there to sort it out and she told me have to pay again as no refunds.
However the french lady that worked there was very hospitable and welcoming and took more photos and sent me a few in which the other moody woman told her off for doing and not to send them for free and i have to pay again after her awful photos i already paid for.
So i paid a random extra £5.00 again for the extra photos just to not trouble the French lady who was sweet.

I had the most professional and responsive experience at the MBE Paddington.
Jaime is the special member off staff that always goes extra miles with every single client. It is very pleasant to see how much interest he has to please everyone and make sure he gets the job done in a timely manner and of a very good quality. He is just amazing! All staff are professional but Jaime is shining and outstanding.

This little store is a great place to print and scan your documents. I go here not just for a quick print, but also to have a nice chat with the staff. They are extremely friendly and helpful. They always put a smile on my face. There is always a person available to help you as soon as you enter. I can't fault this place and prefer it to all the other couriers in the area.
