Stayed in all day tracking parcel for 7hrs passing my home address numerous time and still never arrived. what a very poor service disappointed
drivers should have a contact number. When you receive the text message and tracking details

Parcel was due to be delivered on Saturday, never arrived even though I was guaranteed it would be, feel very disappointed by the service I have received from Yodel as you can't actually speak to anyone apart from webchat and all you get are the same scripts, Yesterday we received a parcel from this depot which arrived there on the 19th September so that had been sitting there over 2 weeks, the packaging looked like someone had been through it, very disappointed

I've made an online purchase to be posted via Yodel. After a week of no sign l contacted Yodel and was told that they will perform a manual search. Two days after tracking was showing that the parcel was on its way again. Waited for another 5 days and the tracking service was showing the parcel been delivered. Again had to contact Yodel but l've only been advised to contact the seller but seller didn't even bother. In the end l received nothing and just gave up. The reason giving one star is that "since l paid for a service or product, it means it's mine and I should so why couldn't l track it myself and get help needed, instead of being told to ask the seller so they could contact and be informed on my behalf. This isn't right."

I work on/off there to have an extra income. The job is available Sunday to Friday from 22:00 hs and could go til 06:45. 45 minutes break. Some times I do the 8 hours, some times is less, but accommodate my situation with my main job, then works for me. Easy job, could be sorting parcels by post code or by route. Nice people to work with.

I have waited in twice now, waiting for my parcel to be delivered. They say an attempt was made to deliver, but I was out.
No delivery was made, the driver must be going to the wrong address.
Tried to contact them, only a silly programmed machine, no human being to talk to.

PARCEL STOLEN!

Well first off Yodel is the worst delivery company I’ve been involved with. Ordered something through Virgin and waited a week after my parcel was “lost”, but got in contact with the web chat and they’ve told me my parcel was actually stolen. I even have picture proof of this and it was due to the scans from the delivery driver. He has not even tried to deliver my parcel as I was in all day, and they have just taken my parcel.

Worst company ever.

Rubbish! Bad reputation, bad service. As they pay the self employed drivers just pennies, so is the service.
Parcel since 5 days in local depot, update says on and offloaded, so just a bot estimated updated. But never delivered.
Need to klick one star, but its zero.

Your driver has left a high value and rare parcel for my company against a brick wall in front of my business premises.

I have seen the photograph of the parcel against the brick wall and the driver has deemed this as a safe place!

I used to work at Yodel during Covid as a driver, so I am fully aware that this is NOT classed by Yodel as a Safe Place. I had to visit my old manager at Yodel to see proof of delivery, which clearly showed package just left on the ground against a brick wall.

The Police have now been involved as the package was not there 4 days later when I went my work premises. The package was rare and of high value, it can NOT be replaced..!

Yodel were and still are a joke, try employing drivers that do the job properly and people might trust the company.
