No delivery was made, the driver must be going to the wrong address.
Tried to contact them, only a silly programmed machine, no human being to talk to.
Worst company I know
Well first off Yodel is the worst delivery company I’ve been involved with. Ordered something through Virgin and waited a week after my parcel was “lost”, but got in contact with the web chat and they’ve told me my parcel was actually stolen. I even have picture proof of this and it was due to the scans from the delivery driver. He has not even tried to deliver my parcel as I was in all day, and they have just taken my parcel.
Worst company ever.
Parcel since 5 days in local depot, update says on and offloaded, so just a bot estimated updated. But never delivered.

I have seen the photograph of the parcel against the brick wall and the driver has deemed this as a safe place!
I used to work at Yodel during Covid as a driver, so I am fully aware that this is NOT classed by Yodel as a Safe Place. I had to visit my old manager at Yodel to see proof of delivery, which clearly showed package just left on the ground against a brick wall.
The Police have now been involved as the package was not there 4 days later when I went my work premises. The package was rare and of high value, it can NOT be replaced..!
Yodel were and still are a joke, try employing drivers that do the job properly and people might trust the company.
