1.Defensive tone of communication from lady in hijab, non friendly serious manner from the outset. Excessive prices compared to other MBE's I was charged £1.20 for printing a postage label and only told afterwards there was a charge.

2. I asked for some cellotape to seal my package and was initially told there was a charge for a strip of cellotape...( the lady thought I wanted to repackage my package, but I did explain I only wanted a strip of cellotape and that other mbe's dont charge for a strip cellotape). Only after a mini debate did she waiver the cost, it would seem begrudgingly.

3.Rigid methods and operations, even though I only wanted to access my email TO PRINT 6 DOCUMENTS ONLY and NOT roam the whole internet, they wanted to charge for internet usage for 30 minutes. I only wanted to print, I can roam the internet on my phone. I suppose they would of wanted me to email my documents to their email and then print it, what a hassle.

4. The lady in the head scarf/hijab was reallly defensive when I explained that other MBE's dont charge for access to your email/ internet for the forat minutes if printing.

5. I also explained printing was cheaper at other mbes, I did print in bulk so granted it was cheaper, but regardless they still offered an additional discount for my custom, for postage, printing etc, and above all else they were friendly, warm, helpful and nice people at the ANGEL, HOLBORN and Archway branches which I will stick to in future, unless its an absolute dire emergency and there is no where else to go.

Its worth travelling for better prices and I feel ripped off paying £1.20 to print one postage label, and wasnt prewarned until it was printed and stuck on package. Internet cafes charge £0.10 to £0.25 per print at the most...RIP OFF..

STEER CLEAR OF THIS BRANCH!! IF THEY COULD CHARGE FOR OXYGEN THEY WOULD....

This franchise is not as friebdly

SCAMMERS!
I have printed 4 A4 pages in single way, black colour and 80 gsm paper. They charged me 5.1£.
I think because I am foreign...
I don't recommend this shop.

I enthusiastically recommend MBE London Kilburn for your shipping needs. I used them three times in the course of one year to ship very fragile antique ceramics from London to the United States, and each time they were highly professional in all aspects of the transactions (and very quick to answer inquiries). Each of my objects required custom-made wooden crates, and they were created in a timely manner, and the objects packed wonderfully inside -- on par, I must say, with how a museum would pack an item to be lent to another museum -- with all precautions being taken to ensure that there is no movement of the object during transit. Mrs Mehreen Amjar and her team at MBE Klburn are among the best shippers I've had the pleasure to use in shipping items internationally. (And they ensure that all the customs documentation is correct and in place, so there are no unnecessary delays there!)

Great service! I always use Mail Boxes to ship anything slightly awkward and they always find a great solution. They even gave me paper shreddings to save me some cash on materials!

Came here to send a phone to Nigeria. I won't lie, I was a lil skeptical it would arrive. I was given assurances, plus full disclosure on import duty by the friendly lady and gentleman in the shop. They also sorted me an amazing deal. They also helped with the packaging at no extra cost. Got a call from my aunty a few days later using the phone. I guess it got there...earlier than I thought!

£16.60 for scanning and emailing 30 pages (no printing). Outrageously expensive for ~1 minute’s work. Was only told price after the job.

Would not recommended.
