DX Express

If i could give zero stars I would. I run a business in Llandow, signposted from the main road and in a busy industrial estate. On four occasions (so far) DX have failed to deliver merely stating on the tracking that they couldn't find the address. Utterly ridiculous to have to drive to their depot to collect items they've been paid to deliver.

Anthony the delivery driver was very helpful. He arranged to deliver our parcel earlier than expected following us contacting him .would use the service in future again.

What an absolute shambles of a company, tracking information has no relevance to when a parcel may actually be delivered and trying to speak to a person is impossible! DO NOT USE!

Delivery out on the van
Waiting in for two days,
No show!
Delivered third day.
Very poor service.

don,t go with this company its a scam they don,t deliver your parcels as they say they do been waiting in for 2 days not a happy customer again i will take matters further maybe go too trading standards or someone higher up you should be stopped doing this too customers and sellers i would not even give u one star but i had too post this

Just had a delivery from DX at the fourth time of asking, first 2 times I was given time slots but they never showed ( all day!), third time they came first thing on a Saturday morning & posted a card ( wife said she didn’t hear any knocking ). Got the delivery on the fourth attempt on a Monday, really wanted the item over the weekend, so it was too late!
Not a huge fan of Amazon but they’ve never let me down on deliveries & you can see why they are so popular.
This is not the first time this has happened with deliveries from DX, they are unreliable at best!

Absolutely shocking company, had 2 delivery's late last week, the second of which I had to collect in person because it wasn't going to arrive on time. Got to the depot, not a soul in sight, I rang the bell at the collection desk 5 times, no response. I even walked straight into the warehouse where customer's orders where being stored without anybody stopping me wondering what I was doing, finally got hold of a member of staff who told me they didn't know anything about a collection. If I could have given zero stars I would have!
