If I could give this court 0 stars I would they are dreadful! The justice system in this country is appalling, defendent or victim your left hanging in the balance as neither the court the barristers or solicitors care. You can be left for years as long as there okay💩💩💩💩💩💩

There is something very wrong here blame covid short staffed or anything you like I think they taking time off and laughing at the public.

Did Jury Duty very well organised but very hot in the jury room.

I pity anyone having to go there. District Judge R, who didn't even know civil litigation law had the audacity to "not tell him how to do his job". What choice do I have? I had to furnish the judge with a print out of the law! What has the country come to when a member of the public has to hand a judge a print out of that which he/she should know? Very rude, discourteous and could not even control their language in front of a crying woman.

This aside, the security staff could not have been better. Very professional and directed us accordingly whilst calming the girl I was representing.

Phones not answered. Emails not answered. Government website says they deal with bankruptcy. They say they don’t. Justice thwarted by the justice system itself. Madness.

Truly Appauling court.Tax payers money has funded a " building shell" which looks impressive onnth e outside , but which provides shambolic publiic service.The court has no printer facilities and the last time I visited there the internet connection was awful.

The court lost some documentary emails that I had sent it , and then tried to deny it.Some of the judges on the South Eastern circuit these days are not very capable, unfortunate to say. And the judge at first kept denying I must of ever sent them , untill I went to see court manager and filed a complaint.I was given an appology and indeed the email documents had been sent and were found.The judge , I noted failed to appologise ,probably due to embarrass,ent.

They give you a load of useless information for 4 minutes the give you the music with no information about how long you have to wait. Useless and not Fit for Purpose but they still receive taxpayers money.

Out of all the courts I have to telephone this one stands out. OK they take a long time to answer the phone sometimes but they are, I imagine, under staffed. Always polite and very helpful, always answer my queries. Thank you.
