Uxbridge County Court

No reply to email, no reply to phone (2 minute recorded message followed by "everyone busy, redial later, click"!). Judging by other reviews my experience is neither unique nor a temporary issue.
Edit Dec 2016: Phone answered in timely manner and operator competent and helpful. Edit March 2018: All operators busy, please redial later. Edit September 2018: New recording, before putting call in a queue and then after 12 minutes of ring tone call is disconnected. Emails acknowledged automatically but no actual reply. Edit January 2019: You will get a message saying "Your call is first in the queue" and then you will be left until being cut off.

After reading reviews that people couldn't get though I thought I give it a go. The result was 3 hours worth of wait come to nothing. I called on three different occasions and every time I reached the front of the queue I was disconnected. I found out that every time I called I was number 4 in line and after about 7 minutes I was number 3 and after about 10 minutes I was number 2, and finally after about 22 minutes number 1 and as soon as the wait hit 60 minutes I got disconnected. I took screen shots every time I went up the queue, so I have proof and that is exactly every time I called (remember I called 3 times). surely it cant be a coincident, that every time I call I went the queue at that exact time. it just cant be right that you have to wait 40 minutes to be served from being number 1. this tells me that as soon as someone call they get prompted to a prerecorded voicemail and and then disconnected after 60 minutes. These people risking justice by not answering the phone and not responding to emails. I sent an email two weeks ago I am still waiting for a reply. One would say that they do not have enough staff, but I am sorry I do not care if they do not, This is not a private firm, this is a government establishment I need to speak to someone to resolve my issues. this is a disgrace.

Abysmal telephone AND email service in the midst of very uncertain times. Incredibly disappointing service with not so much as a automatic reply specifying the reason for such poor a response time, that is if any response is received at all.

The telephone queue does not move and when it does the line cuts off. The outcome is over 1 hour of lost time for nothing.

Cannot get through to anyone on the phone, I have waited over an hour to get through to anyone. Have an online system where you can book appointments if the telephone service is inundated, this is ridiculous when you need to get small things booked with deadlines

Hours and hours of waiting on the phone only to get an automated message saying “their lines were very busy and to call back later” and then the line automatically disconnected. I missed a payment deadline because of this and they’re trying to make ME pay an additional fee because they wouldn’t answer the phone!!

Extremely poor service.
They deny having received special delivery letters even though Royal Mail can prove the delivery.
- They never answer the phone calls.
- they never reply to the emails.
- they never reply to the letters.
- they simply come to a decision without listening to both parties or any court hearing.
This court is not fit for purpose at all - waste of public resources.

This is a CORRUPT court with Judges paid by banks to possess houses

Appalling
Use the term ‘court’ lightly. Phones never answered, emails never replied to, orders never sent. The ‘management’ line are equally unhelpful. It appears that no one really knows what they’re doing here. Most unprofessional and incompetent in every way.
