Called over 70 times on both lines separately and nobody bothered to answer the phone. What is the point having one? Poor, disappointing and frustrating services!!

Why do they bother having a phone, they never answer or it cuts you off. Is it to taunt the public? I have called them 46 times today, it rings then cuts you off, you call straight back and the line is busy, then it cuts you off. No emails, no response at all, what on earth is the public supposed to do? My case has been in this court since January 2020.
I have told my MP but I might as well have emailed my wall for what good it did.

absolutely appalling aggressive security guard who sat chewing gum laughing when I made an enquiry as to the status of my case and told me to return Monday. Would not give me his name and he should be fired for raising his hand towards me

Pathetic. I have a case I’ve been dealing with since last April and the required a fix in my name. It’s been a whole year and they STILL haven’t changed my name despite me going in three times before December. They never pick up the phone or answer their emails either and the security guards just make you write your issue on a piece of paper to send off and you have just to hope fingers crossed and all that the letter gets to who it needs to. It’s ridiculous.

Make sure that people who get paid to work there , do their homework...dont waste your day off.
Venue - dirty ...I'm not surprised that covid and monkey pox procedures in place.

Rubbish management and rubbish service never pick call and never give reply back on my hearing date they don’t know even my hearing has been postponed and didn’t inform me I have to pay 2 times fees to my barrister and when I complained I have to chase local MP.POOR AND BAD SERVICE.IN NAME OF COVID THEY DONT WANT TO WORK VERY LAZY.I definitely want to report this place and this place should be closed down.I gave all fraudulent activities of My Ex wife still my kids are living with them.They are making money from public and bully Fathers.I am taking this place in media and Expose it they are dividing family.Any one wants to report this place join me.I am earning £1000 a month but uptill now they can’t decide anything Report this place and If possible write letter to His Majesty’s the king he has Right to Reverse judge decision because they don’t know what they doing and I am going to write to PM as I have strong proof Enough is Enough .I am Bullied and I did tell everything to my doctor too no one investigate your case properly they have 1 hour.Enjoying on people hard earned money doing nothing.I will Ask all my money back which I paid to them.This is Harrassment and I will expose them they I don’t consider them judges of wealthy country uk 🇬🇧 They think they are at superior post so they can do anything.Clearly Misusing and Cheating people.Very cheap playing with people Emotions cheaters.I will Fight and Fight against evil.#BBC
