this court has cost me nearly £10,000
the judge stated he didn't understand the case and I wasn't advised I could appeal the decision.
pathetic all round
incompetent judges and a failure of a system

Issues raised not even mentioned in hearing even with evidence provided, arrogant smirking judge who clearly made a decision before I even had chance to put my case forward Taite the name clearly a waste of space after evidence from social services not even looked into by said professional, Things that come to mind are secret hand shake crew and power crazy and we wonder why so many of our children are failed by yet another corrupt system. Courts a joke save your money and
from experience works better sorting your own issues (just look at the reviews)

Tried calling numerous times to no answer. Emailed in got an acknowledgment email in reply but my question about a missing court order is still awaiting an answer or some kind of contact nearly a week later……

Disgusting attitude of woman working behind counter!
Untrained in people skills, aggressive and intimidating.
People with stressful problems coming in and being threatened with security if you answer her questions in a way she doesn't like... Shocking!!

Tried calling 20 times only got 1 answered just to be asked to hold then cut off. Since then can't get an answer. They have recieved my application took my money now they don't want to know. While this is happening I am unable to see my daughter. Disgusting service

Awful service, best quality is their ability to hang up the phone once it’s obvious they are culpable of negligence. It’s happened three times to me. They then ignore your number when you attempt to call back. If this is the service protecting our family’s God help us!

Terrible experience. Emails ignored, letters ignored. I have tried to contact this court for over 30 working days and have had zero response.

My boyfriend called the court on my behalf. He expressed how helpful the member of staff was in hoping to obtain updates for my case and helping move the process along as quickly as possible. He said Iesha was friendly, polite and knowledgeable on matters he asked about.
