The telephone service communicates "we don't want your call, please go away". The message gave me a number to another department who referred me straight back because the reference number wasn't theirs. Generally speaking someone hangs up after fifteen minutes of ringing. Kafkaesque in the extreme.

Absoloutelt disgraceful service.. how can i ring for 10 minutes and then hang up ring straight back and all of a sudden they have nobody available to talk to?, clearly have just taken the phone off the hook, i WILL be complaining, all of this hassle over a vehicle i sold over a year ago.. and now "doesn't meet insurance requirements" well hey guess what? Not my problem, why dont you trace the current owner, since the DVLA havent recieved my half of the V5, blame royal mail not me.

We have been calling for days and all in vain what a service in a United Kingdom Magistrates Court. This morning I was told all lines are busy call back later not even to say hold on or stay on the line we will attend to you or even give options / direction to other departments.

Absolutely disgraceful. Sending fines and summons to my home for numerous people who don't live here and who I've never heard of. Refusing to answer there phones for 3 days before I gave up. Obviously they don't care as they don't read there reviews. The UK is turning into a third world country because of people like this.

Got sent a parking ticket for 2001 for a car that I never owned. I been told that it can only be resolved at Highbury and Islington magistrates but they keep fobbing me off. I'm a disabled person but they keep making me go back and forth. I need this resolved. The staff don't seem to know what they are doing.

My son had a slight misdemeanour that required the attention of the local constabulary plus court system. My son was held over at Hackney police station followed by court in Highbury. Both he and we, who had the anxious experience of being overseas visitors were treated fairly, with respect throughout the whole process from the police officers at the time of the incident, his stay at the station, the custody officers, the court security officers and the duty solicitor. A special thanks to the duty solicitor who tried to keep us informed throughout (as parents) and apologised unnecessarily for the lengthy delays (we understand we weren’t paying customers). Whilst waiting, it appeared that everyone else was treated equally.

Disgusted by the poor service. I was booked for 10am and my name was not on the list and stayed for 20 minutes trying to sort out the issue and eventually the same person who said she did not have my paperwork said she had them but could not read properly. I was seen at 4.30 pm .The judge was so unfair after I was robbed and restrained the perpetrator the thief was set free. If this perpetrator was a terrorist I would have been killed and the court would protect a terrorist exposing the public to a potential risk of being killed. Very poor time keeping. All my emails were not upadated still using old paper based system, not very impressed by the way business is conducted at that court. The place is like a market place you have to know someone the local solicitor to be served first disgusted.
