The court clerk made what was going to be the worse day since my dads death last year more bearable

I phoned this place up to enquire about my mum who died suddenly on thursday ,the man on the phone clearly needs training in people communication as he tried to tell me my dad had rung earlier,but hes been dead 8 yrs,then he said perhaps it was her partner she didnt have one shes 85 and lives on her own then he asked did my mum go by a different name they he told me,i was angry,he took my name and number and rung me back hed mixed her up with another women who died the same day,im so very angry,im going in to complain tomorrow

Excelent service, I would definitely get autopsied there again!

I cannot put into words how grateful I am for all the hard work and effort that was put into finding the cause of my late mums sudden passing. I was treated with the utmost sympathy, care and compassion throughout and I will always be truly grateful to you all for everything you have done for my family and I. Saying Thank you just doesn't seem enough!
