By far the worse ever service ever attempted to call no answer for hours when they clearly state 20mins wait misleading phone line and when they eventually pick up after hours of calling they say you have pressed the wrong button when I had pressed the correct line number 2 but when connected they apologise saying you have to call back, staff are unprofessional, people here behind the desk do not care at all. Staff rude and not helpful just apologetic I wouldn’t trust them as far as I can throw them. These humans are self centred and not worth your time to call email phone call either way they are hot helpful at all

This organisation is sitting on taxpayer money like many other taxpayer payed places and organisation
I have had an application from February 2021 with a telephone hearing in October than a video hearing in May this year after a gap of 8 months

I have not got any where from where I was at the start of my application

Contacting the call center is a joke

No one picks up

Just gets cut off

This court phone service is a joke I have being waiting for over an hour than they cut off the line.
The best way is just to close it.

After reading the hundreds of complaints on here, it makes me wonder if its even worth leaving another poor review. But if it helps someone out, it will be worth it. These people do not get into contact with you, they do not answer questions and frankly plain rude. I had the mis pleasure of being hung up on by Oliver Bellworthy, who refused to help out in any way what so ever. I am desperate to get hold of the courts to discuss getting a signed letter. this is all and have got no where fast. as its a government run service, i guess my expectations are set too high. But at least employ staff that do not hang up because they are unwilling to go the extra mile to help out a member of the public.

The staff are rude and don't know how to talk with professionalism. How can they get a job at front desk to answer phones only to talk like that no morals or respect. Its terrible and bad service phones don't get answered till a hour on hold .

No stars in fact minus stars if possible . This court just does not work making it impossible to get justice.I have been in person and handed in forms which are lost and I have no recourse.A disfuctioning disarster which could ruin your life

They are a pernicious biased organisation that destroys children's homes and father-child relationships.

The judges are biased in favour of mothers; whatever the allegations mothers make, they believe it is true; mothers are innocent until proven guilty, whereas fathers are guilty until proven innocent; they will never see mothers as evil, using innocent children as ammunitions to live their luxurious life while the father pays for CMA.

watch out for this ginger haired evil judge Cooper, she is rude biased in favour of the mother as they believe women are always the victims, the work along with another evil family separating organisation Cafcass.

They are never fair, always believe men are bad when women are equally capable of doing bad, and they only stand up for their own kind (women) because their agenda is to help women live off men's earnings when they are divorced by men because of the evil they do.

You may judge people because of your current position of power and take sides with your own kind, but one day the tables will be turned where you will be judged on the judgement you have made for breaking and separating all the children's family for being biased in mothers favour.

The Western system encourages women to use their own children as a weapon against their ex for divorcing them and living off of them.

I wish that all parents do not go through this evil biased corrupt system, and instead worked out your differences between both parents as adults, thinking about the innocent child in the middle who does not deserve separation from their parents, rather than your own selfish greedy needs.

They always say equal rights, but when it comes to women, they are never equal.

I pray for all the children who have been separated from their families by this evil system and brainwashed by their mothers to have understanding and to see when they frown up with an open heart, because there is never only one way to tell a story.

I have been ringing the number multiple times for 3 months sometimes 7 days a week, the emails do not work because no one has ever replied, how is this even legally still open, how can a court not have the responsibility to have to have a means of communication with the public who have serious cases here for things like child arrangement plans and even more serious. It is terrible and there needs to be someone that people can go to for complaining about terrible government services like this one!
