I have used the Court. Yes it is slow. Yes some of the Staff are inexperienced. However, I have found that if you are polite, and ask for what you require they will assist you. Some of the Staff have an attitude of putting up walls. You know what I mean, we only do appointments, it will cost you £1.00 per page for a copy of a document if you ask for one, it should reach you in 10 working days then you wait for months, of they knock your document back and forth for weeks at a time or not schedule a Hearing. However, some times, just some times, if you sneak in and ask for one of them, you strike Gold and they are very helpful. Management need to retrain them remind them that they are a public service. The Public need to remember that you catch more flies with honey rather than vinegar. They are over worked.

The staff is in my believe are Raciest as I have sent them two times my fee remission form with evidences since last 4 months but they do not reply any e-mail nor refund my court fee. The Dropbox inside the court not working as anyone drops any letter it goes disappeared and all staff is believing themselves as Supreme Court Judge.

Completely pathetic service, spent over a year on 1 claim where the defendant had not even replied to a single letter of mediation or notification. I spent ages on the phone where it would keep ringing and ringing with no reply.

Don't want to even comment on the ridiculousness of the decisions sent back by the court asking me to send in form after form. An overhaul is much needed.

This court seriously needs some attention; training of staff essential. Information being provided on the phone factually incorrect and when I tried to correct the lady with my 15 years of legal experience I was told if i'm going to be rude she will hang up - I was NOT rude I was imply trying to correct the advisor in a very calm polite voice on the phone. any how - almost every element of this court is just wrong. Other courts are much better systems. I appreciate its a busy place but at least get the existing staff more productive and properly trained at their jobs and it wouldnt seem so bad. And this is me talking as a Claimant - god knows how defendants are treated. Shocking. Asked to speak to a manager and was told the "Manager wouldn't want to speak with you. we're busy thank you Good bye." Stunned I was.

Phone waits are beyond a joke here. Waiting over an hour just to speak to someone is completely normal. If you email, then there is never any reply so there is no alternative to calling.

I understand that the court is being closed next year (good old Tories), but resources have been moved from the court without reducing the caseload.

15 days after a trial and we are still without the judgment. Appalling.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Just like all the other comments, I will agree with saying this court's services deserves 0 stars. One star is completely too generous!
No one ever answers the phone. I have waited over 25 minutes for the phones to be answered and still nobody picks up. This happens every time I have tried to call and with no surprise there is still no answer.
I called and spoke with an extremely ignorant person named Gerard after finding an alternative number online. Before I could detail what my call was regarding he had an abundance of attitude and did not allow me to explain that I was calling with the hope of him putting me through to the enquiries department. He constantly spoke over me and gave me severe attitude when I mentioned that the enquiries line does not get answered.
This court needs completely shutting down or the staff need to be put through training on how to simply speak to a human being let alone training on how to provide atleast half decent customer service.
A further complaint will be made.

I did not get the outcome I wanted so could be bitter, but I find myself saying that I thank the court staff for all of their assistance in getting my applications to the appropriate department at the appointed time. I would have been lost without you. Yes I meet 1 abrupt member on the counter, life, she knows who she is, she's just been there so long she desensitized. To get through you have to be persistent and polite.
