Clamped over a ticket I never recieved. Was never made aware of anything pending - NOTHING. Woke up to a clamped car with nothing but a number attached and when I called had a man who was very aggressive and rude and became increasingly threatening as the call went on. Threatened to make my situation worse unless I ‘shut up and listen to him’. Would not let me explain my situation, didn’t care that I had no knowledge of what he was talking about and didn’t care that I needed my car for work. When I called the people that had apparently instructed “Mr Wood”, they originally stated they had never employed him and then later stated they did. When I said how threatening he’d been, they didn’t care. How these people sleep at night is beyond me. He just seemed like an absolute crook and he seemed to get a kick out of making a grown woman incredibly distressed.

After making payment on an old Penalty Charge Notice in full, an enforcement agent was still sent to my address, initially even quoting me the incorrect amount.. After chasing the issue up with their office I was told this was due to an error with their payment system and when I requested an apology I was sent a letter riddled with the ignorance you would expect from a company such as this. In times where many are in financial and spiritual despair you would expect far more adept administrative work from a company with such consequence attached. Woeful behaviour, I’m just glad I was in a position to question it with confidence.

This car has been left in the stree outside my home for over 8 weeks but four weeks ago approximately a "Penalty notice" was place on its window and it was clamped by this company.
The notice was not dated or signed and it has remained there.

Who ever owns the car probably has a legitmate claimas their vehicle has been improperly disabled and the company (now effectively in possession of the vehicle because of the clamp) have abandoned it on a public highway as it is now immobile

Online payment service was offline for over a month, with the number they instruct you to call also being offline. Once I finally got through to them I was made to believe it was my fault I hadn't paid on time, now threatening to send an enforcer for paying my next bill a few days late... Incredibly unfriendly and unprofessional.

Missed a payment by 3 days, slapped with over £300 in costs for £114 overdue council tax, yes I missed the payment, but I promptly paid it, yet now lumbered with more debt and they refuse to give any grace period or remove the extra costs.

Yet uk councils love using them

Nasty bullies!!
I informed them that I was just out of hospital with a heart attack and could I have some time - was told that was not their problem and if I didn’t pay what was court ordered, just off phone with courts and there is no court order, or else they’d take the cars - both of which are of more value than the amount owed. She refused to give her name too.
A man was standing in jeans watching everything and refused to give information. Who was he? Intimidation.
After payment, woman was yelling that she could still take the cars if she wanted and that I had to shut up.
Refused to give a receipt of payment at first too.

I've heard people call these lot bullies, they are beyond being bullies, they are sociopaths that are probably taking their own life trauma out on others. I feel sad for them, that they could be so callous and cruel.
