Despite me having photographic and scientific evidence to prove my case, the copper then lied in court, under oath, but they still took his word over mine because he's in a blue uniform & I'm not. There's scottish injustice at it's best!

Was arrested on Thursday night, was taken to this court the next day, case heard and processed very quickly and was out the door by 12:30, will defo be committing all my future crimes in this area. Staff were lovely.

Called the civil department for an extract judgment/decree on a civil matter I had previously here.
Was advised the person who deals with that would call me back as they only dealt with it.
No call received and I called the next day to chase up. This time I was informed that they were off and its now best I write in, no take scale was given on how long it would take.
I enquired what would happened if this person went ill/left the job who deals with it then. This was not the level of service to be expected.
Upon saying this I noted a clunk as the clerk/civil worker had put the phone on the counter as he clearly was any interest in solving the problem.
I waited several seconds and noted he picked up the phone and said ‘sorry say that again’, I told him what he had just done and told him as an individual who lives out of Scotland it is service like this that makes me shudder and is cringe worthy when I get it and return home! Its an embarrassing service and users expect more!
Worst thing is the Court staff and lawyers are so indoctrinated in Scotland they think their system is better than others especially the English. My experience is that Scotland is inferior with a superior tip on itself and is completely ruled by small nation mentality!
That what it takes years to get the most basic human rights applied (Cadder and others) and that needed an judgment from Turkey before a single Scottish lawyer thought there might me a problem with what was happening there.
