Shocking company: sent a letter to my address for a previous Tenant rang to advise of this. However ignored what I said and sent an agent to my house. Did not follow social distancing, threatened to clamp my car! Despite me showing a copy of my council tax bill, clearly displaying I am the tenant with single occupancy. Still threatened to clamp my car and blocked my drive!! Advised I would be calling the police and he sat in his van for a while then drove off. He saw through the glass panel of the door I had a young child here. Very rude and abrupt, bullying tactics trying to get me outside by threatening to clamp my car, despite the debtor not living at this address. If I could give them a zero star I would!!!
Formal complaint letter sent!

They dont work to the taking control of goods national standards as set out by the ministry of justice they threaten to visit the homes where a debtor no longer lives they also ignore vulnerabilities

Brilliant they saved me the price of a removal van they even too my wardrobes for me very kind and helpful but had awful b.o and disgraceful halitosis 😆😆😆

This company collect money on behalf of Zinc communicate productions ltd a a scammer that sell ebooks without contract

clamped my car for an unpaid parking ticket. only problem I already notified the council the ticket was from the previous owner of the vehicle... who then did not pay the fine because moved abroad thus resulting in a bailiff clamping my car when the concil were already informed I bought it the car after the offense.

Had a busy day that day too, was 20 minutes away from grinding the clamp off for wasting my time.
