I am very happy & impressed with Baker Ross. I placed my first ever order which was delivered exactly as & when expected. Very satisfied with both the quality & price of the items I had ordered. Sadly, one item was not quite as expected. A four part paint pad which was described as washable. When I read the information on the back it actually said that it stained but MAY wash out if soaked overnight. As I had purchased it for my 3yr old Grandson who likes to use things like small cars etc to create his pictures, for which this pad should actually have been perfect, I had visions of it on furnishings etc. Supervised obviously but kids are kids. No problem whatsoever though. I e-mailed Baker Ross to advise them (their supplier may have unknowingly changed spec). Within 48hrs I had full refund of its cost, no request even to return the item plus the promise of them looking into the matter.
That's what I call excellent customer service. I totally recommend this company & will, without doubt, purchase again from them.

I've bought lots of party bag fillers for both my boys parties in September and the items are of good quality and delivery was exceptionally quickly. One of the drinking cups from one pack was broken so I rang to tell them, not expecting anything, but the very next day I was delivered a new pack at no extra cost. The customer service was excellent. I now can't wait for the parties!!!

The items I ordered were of good quality. However, for such a "prominent" company, they are very slow to ship goods out which in today's market climate is completely unacceptable. When I emailed to ask where my order was, I had a standard reply saying they would be in touch in 24 hours. That in fact turned out to be over 48 hours and the content of the email was very primitive.
I won't be ordering from this company again.

Recently placed my first order online for a craft fair. Chose click and collect but received no text or email to say ready for collection and when queried was told order had been sent back. A very helpful customer services lady apologised but told me it would take another 5 working days. Reluctantly accepted this but explained this would be too late for the craft fair. Delighted to receive an email the following day telling me the goods would be rushed to me and I received them the following day. All products high quality . Thank you Customer Services.

I love your products and you update your items regularly which is brilliant. I do not like how you post your items, always a lot of wastage, I seem to receive large boxes whether there is a lot of items or one. At times the goods need padding but not all the time, I always have to stay in for the goods , even though my delivery is the garage if not in I am left a card and have to go to post al centre which is other side of town. Let me repeat service is brilliant just postage, thank you

Have previously been happy with Baker Ross after their website had a glitch and messed up an order I’m not. I was informed that I couldn’t cancel an order minutes after making it and they didn’t supply returns labels and I could refuse it with the courier. Not very helpful at all quick to take the money but not to help when a mistake has happened. Will not use them again.

I've signed up for emails to be given 10% off, spent over an hour placing an order as the site is so slow at loading pages for it to then not use the discount code. Very disappointed child. Won't be using this site again

Iinhave used Baker Ross for their brilliant products for our holiday camps over the padt 2 years. Nothing but praise for their service up to this week.
We had to move our camp due to unforseen circumstances and had directed our package to the previous venue. I contacted the company to explain the situation to be told i should have been more careful when i ordered. I explained the situation to the operative via email to be told it wasnt their problem.
Having no phone number or way of talking to a person was incredibly frustrating. Luckily i could redivert the package and the new venue helped to ensure it was received.
Please open up a phone line for customer service it would have really helped
