First time visit. Excellent service. Very helpful staff. Amazing product range for the artist within us both novice and professional.
Prices fair and reasonable.
Store well presented, clean, well lit and tidy.
Should have discovered this place years ago, maybe I would have been a better artist.

Fabulous shop. Helpful staff. I'm not at all 'crafty', but love coming here when I need a thing or two. Bright colours, so well laid out, cheerful and uplifting! And, thank goodness, NO endless muzak playing!!

Staff were really helpful when I visited. I knew I wanted to get started with crotchet but didn't know where to begin. The lady I spoke to went above and beyond talking me through what I needed.

She told me what was essential as a beginner and what I could need in the future. She reassured me I didn't have to spend a fortune to get started. It was really refreshing to not feel taken advantage of by a sales person.

She set me up with just enough to get me started and talked to me through the different hook sizes and how to check I had the right hook for my wool.

Cannot fault the customer service

This is my go-to Hobby Craft when I need to make a purchase. Wide range of variety, decent price, friendly staff and plenty of parking available. I usually use Hobby Craft when my Daughter has projects to do for school.

I think you can buy all that u need to manual and creative hobbies here. My wife seems to buy loads of stuff here whenever we shop.

Lots of nice things to keep you occupied. But they have zips, not the size or colour I want .
