The kindest people and business. My poor Mala was killed on a Saturday, and I didn’t want to leave her alone at the vets, Rainbow Bridge opened on Sunday to take her in and cremate her the same day. Mark is a lovely man, not phased by excessive crying (me), there was no pressure, no rush to grieve with her… I felt she was treated with care as if she was their own. Good bye by beautiful little girl, and thank you to Rainbow Bridge for the compassion and care shown

I recently lost my beloved Ruby red staffy, she passed away at the age of 13years, rainbow bridge cremations provided a tailored service, provided dignity to Ruby and also my family, understandably a very emotional time for us as we were also grieving the passing of also my father (Ruby’s main carer) who passed away in 2021, ruby spent 11 wonderful months with us back at home in Norfolk to retire, rainbow bridge cremations ensured Ruby’s final journey was peaceful and respectful.
Highly, highly recommended!!!
Thank you so much❤️❤️

There are simply not enough stars to recommend Rainbow Bridge enough. They showed such professionalism, empathy and kindness at the most heartbreaking time. Thank you to the team and especially the chap who came to collect my girl, Molly, and to Claire who showed such amazing empathy. Thank you

If only it was possible to add more stars...
I lost my rabbit on Wednesday morning 15th September and knew that I wanted to get her cremated so she was always with me.
Me and mum took her to Rainbow Bridge and from the very start they couldn't of been any kinder, lovelier or nicer. They were truly wonderful.
When we got there, we were greeted by a lady on the front desk who said she was so sorry for our loss and asked if we wanted to say a final goodbye in the farewell room, and of course we did.
The farewell room was so peaceful. It had a special place where you could lay your beloved pet down and had vases of flowers either side of them and had rose petals surrounding them too. On a wall there was poem which was very touching to say the least. I asked them if I could take some of my rabbits fur home with me, and they kindly shaved a little bit off for me, and put it in a small glass jar with a pink ribbon around the top and a paw charm.
We didnt feel rushed in anyway, we were able to have as long as we wanted to say goodbye (but nobody wanted to say goodbye to their beloved pet). They were so kind.
We were shown the different options we could have Treacle cremated in and, to say the least, me and my mum couldn't get over the wonderful options. They offered a laser engraved casket where we could have our own words engraved on the top, which we chose. They also had a photo frame where you could have words engraved around it, which we also chose. All of the staff we dealt with, were so unbelievably kind (if only everyone in this world were as kind as them). We were also told that she would be ready the NEXT DAY! We couldn't believe it.

The next day came and we got a phone call to say she was ready to be picked up. I was bringing my little baby home.
Again, we were greeted by a lovely lady on the front desk. She asked us if we could like to sit down while we looked at everything. I seriously couldn't get over how lovely they looked. The frame was beautiful, not to mention the casket. Jack, who done the engraving, done a superb job. It was perfect and I wouldn't of wanted it any better.
Inside the bag they gave us, was a candle and a card sending their thoughts after the loss of our rabbit.

I honestly cannot thank and recommend Rainbow Bridge enough for everything they've done and for their continued kindness throughout the whole process. Thank you so much!!

Rainbow Bridge are so very caring and really do look after your little friends. The people here who looked after our little 18 year old friend and companion Sox, who we loved so much, took amazing care of her and took all our wishes into account. We would never go anywhere else again.
A very caring and proffessional team.
"Thank you" all from our hearts to yours ❤

I cannot recommend Rainbow Bridge enough and wish there were more stars to give them. My dealings there were with Gerry and Claire who were both so compassionate and caring. I was able to see my boy laid to rest and could stay for as long as I wanted. I lost my Sexy Rexy on Saturday night and they collected him from my vets. The next day they opened especially for me to see him and he was ready to be collected the following day in the border collie urn I chose. They are also very reasonable and cheaper than if you went via the vets, I know this as the vet told me. Your pet will be treated with love and compassion as will you. Thank you Gerry and Claire. Much love, Jayne Nicholson xxx 😘 xxx

Would like to thanks the amazing staff at Rainbow Bridge Pet Cremations for their caring, quick service after our nearly 16 Harvey left us to join his Mum over the rainbow bridge suddenly on a Sunday night last month, he was picked up by Rainbow Bridge from vets very promptly, we was able to see him in their wonderful Farewell Room 11am next morning & pick up his ashes the next day. The staff seemed genuinely caring & knowledgeable. I was able to download short video of Harvey being carefully placed in an individual chamber. Was less than expected cost too I paid more in Ongar way back in 2013, would highly recommend Rainbow Bridge for their superb & sympathetic service.

What a first class service we experienced from our first initial contact to bringing home the Ashes of our beloved Saint Bernard Reuben.home.
I can’t fault any part of this service , the empathy ,the respect, the caring of both Reuben and ourselves at this sad time.
