I'm not sure how competitive the rates are but the service is good.

Every time I come here I feel like I've been ripped off. I reserve a certain amount online and when I go to collect it, I always get charged a hidden fee.

Walked in at 8.58am as the doors were open . To get shouted at we are not open till 9am. Rude staff !! Don't open doors if your not open... simple !!!!

Outrageous exchange rate for selling Euros to buy back GBP. Ask 3 other exchange places and they offered almost £100 pound more for every 1000 euros (Jan 2021)

Not only do they charge a hideously expensive commission, their staff has the worst attitude ever encountered at a currency exchange. They are rude, accusatory and not at all helpful. If you value your money, go anywhere else.

I ordered some money, paid in advance,
They told me they would receive my order between 10-11am the following day
I went there at 1.30pm and they have told me they expecting delivery from 1pm-4pm.
I have waisted my money to travel and my time to go there.
I am travelling tomorrow, I have no guarantee that my travel money will arrive before I have to go.
Now is after 3pm, still no news
This company cost me so much stress
This is the last time I am using there service
That what experience I had with them.

Cash exchange is fine but online orders with delivery are ridiculous - requested 3 times in a row to bring "in addition" this or that paper. Why not to ask for a full list in advance? Oni lacks qualification ... for each of these steps had to spend 30min-1hr in the branch.
