NM Money Wood green (formerly NM Money)

Marketa was very Sharpe and rude. She seemed not bothered and I was very offended.
Usually come here but no more!
I will go to no1 currency up the road instead for better service!
She needs training on customer service

The service was slow and unfriendly. I felt rushed which I felt was rude.
Marketa who I think was the Manager was so rude to the staff made me feel awkward .
I won't be coming back here again!

I went at 6.45 and they said it closes at 6.30 even though online it says 7pm. Wouldn’t mind but the woman was really patronising about it

Always get my Thai Baht from hear. The girls at the counter are really friendly and helpful. Ignore the bad reviews !

I arrived 6:45 pm and the assistant refused to serve me as she said she is closing. Told her it will not take more than 3-5 mins, her answer was 'Do you think so... sorry darling i am not serving you as if i am late to close then i will be told off'
There was no sign that the counter was closed. Also if the closing time is at 7 pm, I do not understand i was not assisted!!!!!!!

Marketa made me feel like I was in the way and came across very aggressive and had poor customer service.

Will not be coming here again will take my money else where.

I will also be telling all my friends not to come here if this is how staf treat customers.

Came here for some euros as I'm going a way next month.
Marketa was so rude and patronising just because I asked a few questions about the exchange rate.
I have never felt so insulted and she was whispering something in her own language which I found very disrespectful.
Seems eurochange didn't want my £1000!
I will not be returning to any eurochange with staff like this!

Lady was very polite, effecient and thorough, hand sanitiser provided.
