Eurochange Liverpool Street Station

Made a pre-paid order and was told it would be ready for pickup at 1pm. Was the third person in the queue when i arrived. It took 45 minutes to receive my order! Branch was staffed by only one employee - and she worked excruciatingly slowly. She took half an hour just with the first customer, heading out the back several times, counting out the customer's money multiple times both by machine and as slowly as possible by hand and then fumbling over documentation. Didn't respond to the first customer when she was asked to just give the money and let her go. When pointed out to her that there were others in the queue (the people in front of me with a train to catch to the airport), she didn't even attempt to apologise - just ignored us. I called customer service, who then called the branch to tell her to get a move on.
Plenty of good currency exchanges within a few hundred metres radius (Thomas Exchange on Bishopsgate for one). Eurochange Liverpool Street Station - never again!

Great customer service by Vahini. She really took the time to explain to me how things worked and the best way to get my Jamaican Dollars. I also noticed how she dealt with the customers in front of me, who had a language barrier. They also seemed very pleased with her customer service and patience. So I always like to write reviews for people that I see take pride in there work. Thank you Vahini.

If you are feeling guilty about being in a good mood, go here to get some money. You'll soon get over it. Don't be fooled by a small queue. You'd be quicker emigrating to the country you want money for, getting a job and picking up the cash on pay day.

Came in and the lady working tonight didn't even bother looking only said "we are closed" and continued looking at her pc. This level of service leaves a bitter image of this business.
Service is bad and for anyone that wants to exchange at decent rates, Thomas Global Exchange or Thomas Exchange UK, both nearby, are much better.

Vihani Vijay is an EXTREMELY rude customer service attendent. Constantly being argumentative and condescending towards customers. Also she is not thorough at all with performing her job.

Horrific customer service! I went to collect an order on behalf of my mother (with the relevant proof - driving license, bank card and email). The lady then informed me that I would have to call customer service as the order was not in my name (fair enough). They informed me that an email from my mother stating I was collecting it would suffice - it did not! The lady at the counter then disappeared for 15 minutes which was very rude in my opinion as there people behind me waiting. She returned and informed me that none of that would suffice. Poor customer service and waste of my 40 minutes!

Don't know why there is so many negative reviews - excellent and quick service!
