First ExChange Travel Money (Part of No1 Currency)

My wife and I have used Intercash in the Allders Mall for years now.

Always a polite and friendly service and very helpful. Their exchange rates have always been at or very close to the best available, as near as makes little difference, and no sneaky hidden charges are added.

Ordered online. Completely forgot my ID but had a photo of it. They said I needed the original for amounts over £400. So I asked for £400 instead so I'd at least have some cash for my trip, they said they couldn't sell me anything because my order was for a larger amount. I said, "okay, cancel the order because you're saying you can't sell me the larger amount. I'm now separately asking for £400 worth of USD". They refused to sell it to me because it wasn't what I originally ordered. Zero logic or explanation. Extremely disappointed having used branches of Thomas Global Exchange for years. This one lets the brand down.

I ordered my money on Monday and I received a text that the money was ready the next morning. Great service. Popular currency is always available.

I changed some money over as I'm travelling to Turkey in few days the young lady was very nice and friendly towards me very professional also gave me some handy tips going abroad. I wish her all the best.🙂🙂👍🏻
