Eurochange Bromley

I'd absolutely advise against going here, and if you need to, research online prior (I could've gotten better rate at the airport!!). A blonde woman with an American accent has 'served' me today in a very aggressive manner, maintaining as way of communicating that is debatable, to say the least. NEVER USING EUROCHANGE AGAIN!

They charge you for their Original Buy Back Rate insurance without asking you if you want it. The explain what it is at the end but they make it sound like it's included for no additional cost but they do charge for it without asking.

Ordered online for branch pickup. I was apprehensive because of the reviews but experience was fast and efficient. The lady that served me was polite.

Wasn’t busy at all but I was kept waiting. The lady who served me was very rude and so was the male colleague she was talking to. Three people behind the counter and a queue out the door. Won’t use again . Very unprofessional

The man serving asked me to tell a line customers he was shutting at 2. I was actually 4th in the queue, about 20 mins, despite the website stating they are open until 6. Is this how it works short staffed the customer suffers??

I have been going to the Bromley branch for years and have been very happy with the service and prices. Both Francis and Theesa have been extremely helpful, they give me the best rates possible and have made me feel as a valued and appreciated customer. Very good service

Had to change some dollars to pounds, found the two guys working there really helpful. Spent time going through the transaction, double checking everything, always polite and conciderate. Said they could transfer my money into my bank account, and it appeared next day as it was near closing time.
Definitely recommend them and they gave a good exchange rate. Will come back whenever i need to change money.

I hate to give bad reviews as generally prefer just to not go back somewhere but this place I walked away in disbelief. I visited the Bromley branch today Sunday 22nd August and was dealt by a gentleman in the most unprofessional and rude manner. I went in to change some money into euros obviously looking forward to a up coming holiday and left with a bad taste in my mouth. Firstly my card was declined obviously not the gentleman’s fault but asked him if we could try again and his response was but it declined . So I give him another card my business card which shows my name and business name and showed him ID and he said no you can not use a business card which may be true but he was so unhelpful and blunt. I left went to the post office used the card that declined and by magic it worked and have my euros. It was clearly his machine. We all have a off day but the minimum anyone can ask for is some respect . Will not be going back again.
