Poor customer service. 2 on the front desk.. 3 customers waiting with only 1 on the desk serving a customer in front for 20 minutes whilst the other one Trainee-Dace is counting currency and not acknowledging a queue of customers. Counting currency should be done in the back, not looking rude and ignorant to customers waiting to be served.

Absolutely shambolic,diabolical,disgraceful,unprofessional—-words fail me.
I’ll start with ordering the money on line which was fine with no problems.I arranged to collect from the Blackburn branch on my chosen date.When I turned up at the shop at 10:30 ( it says on the website it opens at 9 am ) there was a huge queue and the shop was in darkness.After waiting nearly half an hour and with time running out on the car park I asked the person in the shop opposite to see if they knew anything.They said the shop was also closed the day previous.
I tried to contact the Preston branch to see if they could help— nobody answered the phone.I then called the Burnley branch and spoke to a helpful girl who said she would contact Preston and I could pick my money up there a few days later as I was in the area then
I called the Preston branch to double check I could collect my order and they confirmed it was ready
More money on the car park yet again I walked to the shop to be told my order hasn’t even been raised and the currency wasn’t in!!Needless to say I was not very happy and requested a full refund
I’ve used this business previously but never ever again.They are a useless unprofessional waste of time.
