Slight false advertisement. They don't trade at 0% commission nor do they trade at the current rate for currency, so they're always gaining from the customer more than what's fair. Not the most ethical I've been to. Also with Western Union even if you have funds you want to send in the currency you want the receiver to receive it they'll still make you change your currency over to GBP before sending. For example if I have €10 then theoretically I could send that amount and only pay in GBP the sending fee. Yet they'll make you change from € >£ which devalues your money so that they make commission, which I believe is greedy and unethical. Can't recommend this place with such practices. It costed a fortune to send what I sent.. a fortune just so they can have more money in their pockets.

They close earlier than the operation time. I came before 4.30pm at Sunday and no one was there. Don’t misguide people! It’s really inconvenient!

Had a bad experience with them today. I showed the man at the counter a receipt and kept on asking him whether I was getting the same rate as the last time or not, as I am not familiar with this process. He refused to tell me and kept saying it’s changeable. When I got home I realized that it’s way lower and he could have told me that information instead of being incredibly rude by repeating the same information and asking me whether I understand .

The sales advisor tried to give me €10 less than what I was supposed to have then told me that if I'd gone any further away to check she wouldn't have given me my money
