Located just next door to entrance doors at College Road entrance. Rates are better than banks but not the best. Service is very good though

I have visited this exchange once to buy some currency. The lady in the window instead of exchanging my money as I requested, asked me about my travel destination, time of being there etc. (!) She pressed me really hard to exchange much more money than I wanted! It was ridiculous. Eventually she DID NOT want to give me money straight away. She was delaying giving me exchanged notes and was counting them more than what was required, holding us up in the process. Very unprofessional...!!! Instead of immediately exchanging money I wasted 15 minutes for her stupid actions!!!

The worst experience ever - 14.07.2020 . I wanted to buy 400 Euro, I was told that they don't have it now ready and to come back in an hour. Came back - still no ready. On the third attempt they had money but I was given lower rate. Fine - just sell it to me. During transaction clerk was on the phone speaking in foreign language and mad a mistake by 20 Euro - how hard is it to count? When I asked serve me fist then do other things he shouted at me that he is alone like it is my problem. Total lack of customer service stills! I will never use this place again.

RIPOFF merchant. I checked rates on their website, small print said 'RATES IN BRANCH MAY DIFFER' is a misrepresentation, a reasonable assumption I made was ok, so I wont get £73.74 pence quoted online for my $100 MIGHT GET £70. Got to the branch and the amount I was given is £62. Thats a significant amount difference. so your website should state "RATES IN BRANCH ARE SIGNIFICUNTLY HIGHER". You wasted my time, journey and money. I will be approaching trading standards. If you are unable to conduct business without being underhanded, you should shut down. When I complained to the agent in branch, she said I will put you in £1000 prize draw. I told her no thanks, wont be doing business with NM Money again. On top of that they have the audacity to say they are here to save you money. HAHAHAHA what a joke.
