Friendly staff but beware the added 'Original Rate Buy Back'. We bought just over £200 worth of euros and somewhere along the way got tricked into paying another £4 to have the chance to return any unused currency. Something I won't need to do and didn't realise I'd agreed to until I got home.

Very rude lady, likely not happy having to work there even though she wore christmas hat. Even though i stood in a queue twice she pretended she could not read details from id and I could not pick up my money.

The lady working was very rude after wasting my time with stupid things she refused to help me out. How on earth can such people work in places where they need to talk with people? I understand that she needs to ask questions but the problem is that she was extremely rude and racist. But thanks to her i realised that i can do those transactions online so i'll never have to speak to such female dogs ever again. Thumbs up!

Hello, I wanted to pay out the money my mother sent me today. A lady named SANDRA was very rude, she asked me a lot of unnecessary questions. She was very aggressive called security and did not pay me money. I do not recommend going to this lady ....
