Absolutely rubbish costumer service
I called 3 hours before to order 8000 euros. All good. When I got there she said she couldn.t help me because I can.t prove what I intend to do with the money. I said to her I was needing the money for my wedding. She wanted papers to prove ( wich are in Romania)
By the way she doesn.t know how to proper count money.

Amazing service! Sarah who works there really went above and beyond to help is get out money in time for our holiday when no one else could! Will definitely use again!
